Terms and conditions

  • The renter must follow up on any cases resulting from any accident until the car leaves the garage, agency, or detention by the police, the prosecution, or the court, whether he was caused or damaged by the accident, with his burden.
  • The value of the car’s rent until it is returned intact and fit for movement as he received it. In the event that the car is delivered while it is not valid, this is not considered a receipt, but rather a stop until the end of the cases, with the continuation of the calculation Rent until repaired.
  • The renter must bear the responsibility for scratching the car, and in the event that the police do not report, the payment will be based on the company’s evaluation.
  • The lessee must pay all the violations incurred by the car during the rental period, and 20 dirhams are added to each violation (10 knowledge + 10 innovation).
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the car, otherwise the renter will pay a fine of 500 dirhams.
  • The lessee bears the value of the tax and any traffic violation while the car is with him, and the office has the right to claim it even after the end of the car rental period or transfer it to his driving license if possible.
  • The lessee is required to use the car by him only and within the United Arab Emirates only, and not to delay returning the car for the period specified in the contract.
  • The lessee shall bear the full value of the car in case the car is confiscated
    The company will deduct the insurance and fine the renter if the vehicle speed exceeds 140 km per hour.
  • The lessee acknowledges that he received the car, examined it for ignorance, and found it completely intact.
  • The allowed kilometer per day is 250 kilos, and in the event of an increase, an amount is calculated on the kilo.
  • To rent a car, drivers are required to possess a valid international or national (local) driver’s license. Please note that some local licenses may not be accepted. Our sales team will verify the validity of your license before completing the rental process.
  • Operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited for drivers. Any insurance claims arising from driving under the influence will be denied, and you will be held responsible for all related damage repair costs.
  • It is primarily your responsibility to ensure that you meet the eligibility requirements for driving a rented car in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
  • If you require delivery of the car outside of Dubai state, please be aware that a fee will apply, which will depend on the location of the destination city.
  • When receiving the car, drivers are required to present their original valid documents.
